
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that is generated by experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. It occurs when fear, anxiety and thoughts associated with the traumatic event reoccur. It occurs when fear, anxiety and memories of a traumatic event tend to reoccur. The feelings may last for a long time or a short time but generally interferes with a person’s day to day functioning.
