About the Role

In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based telehealth therapy to clients across Australia. We’re seeking dedicated, compassionate, and skilled psychologists to engage clients in a remote setting.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth with support from our Directors.

    • Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients.

    • Providing evidence-based psychological interventions and therapies.

    • Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.

    • Providing written reports of a professional standard.

    • Keep legible case notes of high quality.

    • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and engage in regular peer supervision.

    • Maintain accurate client records and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

 

About You

We’re looking for trustworthy, motivated, team-oriented psychologists, with a hardworking attitude, committed to providing the best care.

 

  • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

    • Eligibility to provide services under Medicare.

    • Eligibility to work in Australia (e.g., citizenship, residency, or appropriate work visa).

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • High emotional intelligence, maturity, compassion, and enthusiasm for helping people.

    • Interest in telehealth and a passion for accessible mental health care.

    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Work Environment:

    • High-Speed Internet: A reliable, high-speed internet connection to conduct seamless telehealth sessions.

    • Secure Mobile Phone Coverage: A location with excellent mobile reception for uninterrupted communication with clients and our team.

    • Dedicated, Confidential Workspace: A private, secure, and quiet space to ensure client confidentiality and conduct sessions without interruptions.

 

  • Clearances:

    • Police Check: Up-to-date National Police Clearance.

    • Working with Children Check: Valid check in your state or territory.
